+About

Experience across the decisions that shape a place.

Positive Places is a full-cycle placemaking and development company. We create Build to Rent neighbourhoods in regional UK towns and stay responsible for them from the first look at a site to how they run once people live there. The Positive Review applies the same approach to other people's places.

+Our Principles

Our own developments follow some clear choices.

We do not develop on greenfield sites, build with conventional block and brick, or create schemes exclusively for sale.

These choices guide what we develop ourselves. Our advisory work starts with your place and what you need it to achieve.

Could we work together on your land?

We are looking for brownfield sites, including those on the edge of towns, where we can put this approach into practice. We work with landowners through promotion agreements, conditional purchases or joint ventures.

Let's see whether we can help.

Tell us what you are working on and where you are getting stuck. In a twenty-minute conversation, we will give you an honest view of whether we can help. No preparation needed.
