Where riders rest.

Adrenaline Alley has become one of Europe's largest action sports venues with over 80,000 visitors each year. Rampside Rooms provides convenient, cosy overnight accommodation for riders, their families, friends and teammates — right next to where the action is.

We have secured planning permission and construction starts Q3 2026, using modular construction for Q1 2027 Opening.

The scheme uses our full kit-of-parts approach — with 2D structural timber panels, assembled on site at pace.

Funded by Charity Bank and delivered with Interkey as main contractor and Etopia Custom as modular sub-contractor.
